Fiery Tofu Stir-Fry
it works: Hot sauce adds complexity to a quick, veggie‐packed dinner.
Ingredients
- 14 oz extra‐firm tofu, pressed & cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Marinate tofu: Toss tofu cubes with soy sauce and hot sauce for 10 min.
- Sear tofu: Heat sesame oil in a wok, brown tofu on all sides, remove.
- Sauté veggies: Add garlic, ginger, and veggies; cook 4–5 min.
- Combine: Return tofu, stir to coat, and serve over rice or noodles.
