Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ cup milk (or cream)
- 1–2 tsp Wiri Fire Hot Sauce
- Salt & pepper
Instructions

Boil potatoes: 15–20 min until tender; drain.

Mash: Return to pot, add butter, milk, and hot sauce; mash to desired texture.
