Hot Sauce-Laced Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup milk (or cream)
  • 1–2 tsp Wiri Fire Hot Sauce
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes: 15–20 min until tender; drain.
  • Mash: Return to pot, add butter, milk, and hot sauce; mash to desired texture.
  • Season: Adjust salt and pepper, serve warm.
