Spicy Rim Salt with Wiri Fire
For cocktails or mocktails:
Mix the following and use it to rim your glass:
- 1 tbsp. flaky sea salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp dehydrated lime zest
- A few drops of Wiri Fire Hot Sauce (mix well and let dry)
Let it dry fully on parchment, then crush and use to rim cocktail glasses!
