Wiri Fire Sweet Potato & Black Bean Chili
Ingredients (Serves 6):
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Wiri Fire Hot Sauce (more to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: avocado slices, sour cream, fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, sweet potato, cumin, and paprika. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, broth, and Wiri Fire Hot Sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 20–25 minutes, until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning or hot sauce as needed. Serve hot with desired toppings.

Buttery cornbread, a warm apple cider (spiked if you like), and fuzzy socks by the fireplace.
