Shrimp Tacos with Wiri Fire Slaw
Why it works: Smoky shrimp and tangy slaw shine with a spicy kick.
Recipe:
Shrimp:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp Wiri Fire Hot Sauce
Slaw:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp Wiri Fire Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Toss shrimp with spices, oil, and Wiri Fire Hot Sauce. Grill 2–3 mins per side.
- Mix slaw ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve shrimp and slaw in warm corn tortillas.
