Spicy Mac & Cheese
Why it works: Classic comfort food gets a bold, spicy upgrade.
Recipe:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- 1–2 tsp Wiri Fire Hot Sauce (adjust to taste)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
- Stir in cheese and Wiri Fire Hot Sauce until melted.
- Combine with pasta, season, and serve hot.
