Wiri Fire Roasted Veggies

Why it works: Roasting brings out the sweetness in veggies, and Wiri Fire adds contrast.

Recipe:

  • 4 cups chopped mixed veggies (carrots, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Wiri Fire Hot Sauce
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss veggies with oil, Wiri Fire Hot Sauce, and seasoning.
  3. Roast for 25–30 mins until golden and crisp.
