Wiri Fire Roasted Veggies
Why it works: Roasting brings out the sweetness in veggies, and Wiri Fire adds contrast.
Recipe:
- 4 cups chopped mixed veggies (carrots, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, etc.)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Wiri Fire Hot Sauce
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss veggies with oil, Wiri Fire Hot Sauce, and seasoning.
- Roast for 25–30 mins until golden and crisp.
