Spicy Vegan Ramen
Comforting, bold, and customizable.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1–2 tsp Wiri Fire Hot Sauce
- Ramen noodles (vegan-friendly)
- Toppings: mushrooms, spinach, green onions, tofu
Instructions:
- Sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil.
- Add broth, soy sauce, Wiri Fire Hot Sauce, and bring to simmer.
- Cook noodles and top with your favorite veggies and tofu.
